What Is Gifted By God™?

Gifted By God™ is a complete teaching module covering all eighteen spiritual gifts identified across Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, and Ephesians 4. The gifts are organized into three categories:

Speaking Gifts — Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor/Teacher
Sign Gifts — Healing, Miracles, Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues
Service Gifts — Administration, Discernment, Exhortation, Faith, Giving, Knowledge, Mercy, Service, Teaching, Wisdom

How the Module Flows

Each gift follows the same teaching sequence: a Word Study rooted in the Greek text, a Lesson Plan for the Pastor, a Teaching Slide built for memory retention, and a Handout and Poster for the congregation. Everything flows from Speakers to Signs to Service — the order God gave it.

Who Is This For?

A Pastor who wants to equip their Church with a clear, Scripture-based understanding of spiritual gifts. No seminary required. No outside tools needed. Everything is included.

Starting With the Greek

Every gift study begins with the original Greek word behind the gift. For Administration, that word is kubernēsis (κυβέρνησις) — a nautical term meaning to steer or pilot a ship. It is the same root behind our word “governor.”

This is not organizational talent. This is Spirit-driven, Christ-directed guidance of the Body. The word study handout walks through the Greek, the Biblical context, and what this gift looks like when it is operating correctly in a local church.

The lesson plan is written for the Pastor. It follows the word study and walks through the gift verse by verse, with teaching notes, transition points, and application questions for the congregation. A Pastor who has read the word study and the lesson plan is fully prepared to stand in front of a Church and teach this gift.

The lesson plan is not a script. It is a framework that allows the Pastor to bring their own voice and their knowledge of their own congregation to the teaching.

Built for Memory

The teaching slide is designed around one principle: a congregation needs to be able to remember what a gift looks like. Images carry what words alone cannot. Each slide is built to anchor the gift in the mind of a believer so they can recognize it operating in themselves and in others.

After 30 years of studying giftedness, the single greatest barrier to a Church walking in their gifts is that they cannot identify them. These slides are the solution to that problem.
